To provide administrative and secretarial support to executives such as:
- Assisting in drafting of emails, letters, invoices, forms and various documents in relation to files management and accounts;
- Documents gathering in connection with internal and external inquiries and external disputes;
- Photocopying materials;
- Indexing documents;
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Knowledge of IP law and previous experience in IP preferred;
- Meticulous, well-organised and comfortable working with tight deadlines;
- Positive mindset and attitude, hardworking;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Computer literacy and be conversant with all MS Office applications.
