Responsibilities

To provide administrative and secretarial support to executives such as:

  • Assisting in drafting of emails, letters, invoices, forms and various documents in relation to files management and accounts;
  • Documents gathering in connection with internal and external inquiries and external disputes;
  • Photocopying materials;
  • Proof-reading;
  • Indexing documents;
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IP law and previous experience in IP preferred;
  • Meticulous, well-organised and comfortable working with tight deadlines;
  • Positive mindset and attitude, hardworking;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer literacy and be conversant with all MS Office applications.
